STAG access is provided through participating retail organisations. Use the support information below for account, application and technical assistance.
Before contacting support
- Confirm the organisation code issued to your store.
- Confirm you are using your own authorised username or email.
- For password problems, use the approved password-reset process or ask an authorised Finance/Administrator user.
- Record the exact error message and the approximate time it occurred.
- Do not send passwords, access codes or payment-card information by email.
